Service Lists Overview

A service list is a list of specific services that are funded under the Support at Home program. This highly anticipated list will define all of the services that are funded through the program and, importantly, identify each service’s associated rate / price cap (maximum chargeable amount).

The service list may include information such as

  • the name of the service

  • the purpose or use case for the service

  • a unique code to identify the service at claim time

  • a price cap or maximum chargeable rate for the service

  • a unit of measure (may be - each, hour, day, week (to be confirmed)), and

  • the service’s features; may include behaviors or rules for specific services such as whether or not this service is allowed to invoke a cancellation fee.
